Returns are FREE from the UK.

We do hope you will be happy with your order, however, if you require a refund or exchange for any reason, follow the instructions below.

Please ensure that the goods to be returned are in perfect saleable condition.

We will refund the full price of the product however shipping costs are not refundable.

RETURNING A PRODUCT FROM THE UK

Returns are FREE for UK addresses.

To register your return, email us at info@ingmarson.com and you will recive a FREE label, then return the items(s) in their original packaging within 14 days :

Take your parcel(s) to a drop off location within 14 days of receiving the returns label.

RETURNING A PRODUCT FROM OUTSIDE THE UK

Shipping charges from outside the UK are the responsibility of the customer.

To register your return, email us at info@ingmarson.com and then return the items(s) in their original packaging within 14 days of receipt to:

LATE RETURN POLICY

Your item(s) should be sent back to us within 28 days.
Returns outside these time-frames may be accepted at the discretion of INGMARSON and may only be refunded as a store credit.

REFUNDS

We will process the refund as soon as we get our hands on your package and will email you to confirm its arrival.  Please allow 3-5 working days for your refund to be received.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT GOODS

If you have received damaged or incorrect item(s), please email us as soon as possible with a photo of the damage, or the incorrectly shipped product.
Please include your order number in the subject line.

EXCHANGE POLICY

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer exchanges as we are unable to put the stock on hold.

If you would like to exchange sizes, you will need to place a new order for the size that you require and return your original order.
